Yet another company with...

• A great idea
• Some great initial engineering
• Where marketing forced a prototype out the door
• And so the first engineers quit
• And foolishly idealistic engineers joined, thinking they could make it work
• And the product never substantially changed, except by occasionaly extreme programming efforts
• And eventually the president, a professional bankrupter, screwed the creditors and shut the thing down (evidently taking the cream off the top after laying off the overhead - the IP for the Television system)
