Reader Quality: Great, as always

This book won the Pulitzer. This is a book that entrepeneurs will love. It's your 'start small, work hard, think of great things, repeat' story ending up with Martin's increasingly incredible (and Disney-like) creation of hotels. It takes place back in the early 1900s and the descriptions of NYC back then are wonderful and perspective giving. I enjoyed it a lot but found the love interest entirely boring. The beauty of this book is in the entrepeneurial spirit and wonderfully imaginative descriptions of the hotels.

UPDATE: Read this link to see how fiction seems to have become a reality. The cost of this hotel would probably pay for a Grand Cosmo back in Dressler's day.
