Not my favorite PKD book, but quite enjoyable and thought provoking as always.
I particularly liked the portrayal of the schools and robot teachers, who give seemingly profound answers despite the fact that they have deterministic tapes within them. Dick once again captures the magic of how something strange and profound happens with the mundane has enough secret cover to do it.
Great characterization; Dick makes each character distinct.
Voice quality: Tom Parker's voice for some reason disturbed me just a bit though it was clear and understandable.
